Akufo-Addo swears in Alan and 27 different pastors of state
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has sworn altogether the 28 of the thirty clerical chosen people including Trade Minister assign Alan Kyerematen who were affirmed by Parliament.
The chosen people were sworn into office on Friday March 5.
The Minister of Chieftaincy couldn’t be confirmed in light of the fact that he was incapacitated, the President said at the occasion.
Mr Ken Ofori-Atta, the candidate for Finance is at present in the United States for clinical treatment. He is yet to show up before the Appointment Committee.
Mr Akufo-Addo said “I have consequently sworn into office 28 of the thirty candidates I shipped off Parliament.
“I should offer my true thanks to Parliament, that is to the Rt Honorable Speaker, to the Honorable Chairperson and the Members of the Appointment Committee, the respectable Majority and Minority Leaders and to all decent individuals from the two sides of the House my appreciation for the speedy and firm way with which the investigation of my pastors was done.
